Lesson 1

Explaining the ”FIRST BLOOM”

It is the beginning of womanhood. Just like a flower that begins to open, your body also begins to show new signs of growth.

🌸 First Bloom comes with three big changes: Body development, Hormonal changes, and The Flow.

  1. Body Development:
This is when your chest(breast) starts to grow and feel tender. The little lumps under your nipples are called ‘buds.’ They are normal.

👉 Truth: Every girl’s size and shape is different, and that’s okay. Do not panic with your size.
You are perfect just as you are.
