LESSON 2

2. Menstruation (Your Period)
Once a month, your body will release a little blood. This is called your menstrual period, and it means your body is preparing for the future. One day, when you are much older, you may choose to have children.

3. Hormonal Changes (The Mood Swings)

Lesson 3

Explaining the ”FIRST BLOOM”

Jenny started having weird thoughts that something was wrong with her. She reached out to her older cousin because her mother was not available, and she only felt relaxed after she was told that nothing was wrong.

This is your body’s way of saying: You are blooming. You are growing. You are becoming a young woman.’

From that day, Jenny learned to take better care of herself, including keeping clean during her period, eating well, and consulting trusted adults whenever she had questions.

✨ Just so you know, you are like a flower, you are opening up beautifully, in your own time, and your own way.”

👉 Truth: Girls, your First Bloom is not something to fear. It is something to understand, respect, and celebrate..
